The website presents K1ND’s mission, proposed platform design and demonstration materials. It is not currently a generally available social-network service and does not itself provide live identity verification, user accounts, production moderation or safeguarding services.

Any pilot, commercial engagement, investment, partnership or platform access will be subject to separate written terms where appropriate.

• misrepresent an affiliation with K1ND, an athlete, governing body or partner;

5. Demonstration and illustrative content

Product screenshots, profiles, names, statistics and moderation examples may be fictional, simulated or illustrative. They are provided to demonstrate intended workflows and do not claim endorsement, partnership or use by any athlete, tournament, governing body or organisation unless expressly stated.

References to future pilots, tournaments or case-study opportunities are aspirations, not announcements of a current partnership.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may be incomplete, experimental or out of date. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.

Nothing on the website is legal, regulatory, safeguarding, investment or technical advice. Organisations should obtain advice appropriate to their own circumstances before relying on a proposed product or pilot design.
